On Monday, 25 November 2024, we had the incredible opportunity to welcome Miss Minjee Kim, Assistant Manager of Southeast Asia and Oceania at Samsung Electronics, to share her expertise on CQ in the global business environment.
Miss Kim delivered an insightful session, diving deep into the importance of understanding cultural nuances, navigating cross-cultural communication, and leveraging frameworks like Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.
Her talk not only inspired our students and participants but also underscored the critical role of cultural intelligence in bridging gaps and fostering success in international business.

คุณมินจีได้ถ่ายทอดความรู้ผ่านเซสชันที่อัดแน่นไปด้วยสาระและแรงบันดาลใจ โดยเจาะลึกถึงความสำคัญของการเข้าใจความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรม การสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรม และการใช้กรอบแนวคิดอย่าง Hofstede’s Cultural Dimensions เพื่อความสำเร็จในโลกที่เชื่อมโยงถึงกันมากขึ้น
